These terms apply whenever you order goods from Trade Stockroom ("we", "us", "our") through this website. Please read them before placing an order. By ordering, you agree to be bound by them.

We sell used, reclaimed, and new-old-stock electrical parts sourced from real trade jobs. Every listing shows a condition (New Old Stock, Tested, or Used) and a description — please read both carefully, as the condition of second-hand goods varies and photos/descriptions are provided in good faith to reflect that.
We are not the original manufacturer of these parts. Any manufacturer warranty that may still apply is between you and the manufacturer, not us — separately, your statutory rights under UK consumer law (see Section 6) always apply regardless of any manufacturer warranty.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it permanently — stock is reserved only once you begin checkout, and released automatically if payment is not completed within a short window. A contract between us is formed once we confirm your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection, not before.
Occasionally an item may sell in person at our trade counter between it showing online and your order completing. If that happens we will not take payment for that item, or will refund it immediately if payment already went through, and let you know as soon as possible.
Prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout — we do not see or store your card details. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We offer trade delivery (estimated timescales shown at checkout) or free collection from our Norfolk premises. Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered or collected. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
As a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without needing to give a reason. We also offer a 30-day returns window on unused parts as standard store policy, which is more generous than the legal minimum.

This does not affect your separate statutory right to reject faulty goods — see Section 7.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. For used and reclaimed parts, "satisfactory quality" takes into account the item's age, price, and stated condition — a part sold as "Used" is not expected to be pristine, but it must work as described. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care, but we are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses if you're a trade buyer using the goods for a business rather than personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
